We had first tasted cold-pressed juice in our travels and quickly embraced it as a habit. Drinking a big bottle of vegetables on the way to work was an efficient way to soak up the benefits of large quantities of plants, keeping our energy up and our immune systems strong. But back in London, we couldn't find what we were looking for: organic juice bottled in glass that balanced deliciousness with function in every sip. We decided to make our own.
We make our beverages from organic ingredients: they are non-GMO and grown without chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides, for healthy juices and a healthy planet. We prioritize produce from local farms as well as "seconds," or the vegetables and fruits that don't win beauty contests (but taste great). Our leftover fibre is used to make dog biscuits, sustainable pizza crusts, and more.
