Located in the northern parts of the City of Richmond Hill on Yonge Street, the site houses a nine storey building with an L shape design and also six high-end townhouse units, on two levels of underground parking garage. The site has been galled the “gateway of Richmond Hill” by the City and therefore of importance in architectural design. The design of the building is comprised of two rectangular forms that are different in terms of fenestration and facade materials. They inter-collide at the main corner of the site, where the main entrance to the building is presented.
