The project is designed with intersecting rectangular volumes which face different directions and are made of different directions and are made of different colours of metal cladding. The direction of the blocks is along their longer sides and is demonstrated by the amount of glazing that it has. A clean geometric shape and a strong architectural statement is the result. The project consists of 99 units and around 94,000 sf of GFA.
