The project is a 120 unit complex consisting of regular townhouses and back to backs, located above an underground garage, with unit basements extending down to the underground level. The elevations have been designed to achieve a mix of contemporary architecture with elements of the traditional style of design. The roofs are sloped in the form of a mansard roof to house the third floor and hide it in the roof at the same time. The red brick is chosen to match the brick used in the neighbourhood. Gables are introduced on the bay window elements to complement the existing neighbourhood architecture.
