An 18 storey residential complex in the heart of North York. There are 154 units in the building, with a total GFA of 210,500 sf. there are three levels of underground parking.

The intent of the design was to create a landmark architecture that would distinguish the building from the prevalent surrounding architecture. This feat has been accomplished by creating volumes that produce different building silhouettes from very angle.
