There are a total of 33 units in the building and the total GFA is around 40,000 sf. the three-storey base of the building is clad in dark grey brick with Longboard wood pattern accents, which are also visible on the top two floors, where the main cladding is light grey MAC panels. The top two floors are stepped back to minimize the impact of the height.
