The two tower mixed-use complex is located in Ajax, Ontario. The project boasts a total of 541 units and a total GFA of 502,000 sf. there are three underground garage levels to house the required parking spaces. the break in the volumes on the main facade is to create a landmark architecture on one of the more important intersections of the City, and also allow a silhouette that would be recognizable from the east and from the west, when one approaches the site on Bayly Street.
