The Canterbury residential complex is located at 2130 Bayview Avenue. The project consists of 174 back to back townhouse units in 11 blocks, plus a common structure for the waste collection and the garage ramp. The project also includes two levels of underground garage housing 261 parking spaces, and related mechanical and electrical spaces, as well as below grade garbage collection rooms. In addition to the above, the basements for the units extend down to the first level of the underground garage. Thus, each unit has an alternate access from the parking level. The units are three storeys high, and have rooftop access to an outdoor patio above the third level. A communal entrance lobby and elevator on the north part of the site will allow the visitors to access grade from the visitor section of the garage. This project was in joint venture with Cassidy & Co.
