Located at 128 King Street North, Waterloo, This 17 storey mixed-use building of residential and commercial houses commercial space at grade and 144 residential condominium units above. The use of architectural wall panels of shades of grey and also the articulation of glass balconies help to break the uniformity of these types of tall buildings and make it more playful.
A very high water table was of the major issues that we needed to deal with, resulting in having only one level of underground parking and two more above the ground floor in the podium.
