This four storey residential building is comprised of 78 units and two levels of underground parking garage.
The building volume is joyfully benefiting from variation in the overall facade pattern, creating a rich and dynamic composition that breaks the perception of being repetitive for a conventional residential condominium project.
With energy efficiency and sustainability in mind, the building employs numerous layers of green approaches, such as green roof, high performance windows, higher insulating value of walls and the use of gray water for irrigation, to name a few.
This project was published in the ‘Globe and Mail’ and was referred to as the building which is changing the architecture of the City of Burlington.
This project has won four awards from HHHBA, including the project of the year (2013).
