The community centre was an adaptive reuse project which included the redesign of an existing industrial facility with architectural concrete block cladding, for the purpose of a community centre for the Iranian community of Toronto, Canada.

The interior was redesigned with minimal structural impact, the façade was improved with new cladding material (EIFS system) added to the existing concrete block. The total area of the building is 913 m2, and is finished and in occupancy since July 2011.
