Work at Tenera
Join us and build tools to make property repairs faster, cheaper, and easier!
The process of initiating property repairs is largely manual today. As a result, the projects are frequently over budget and take a long time to start and complete. Our leadership team has years of experience in the industry and knows these pain points first-hand. At Tenera, we are on a mission to simplify and automate this process so that our users can spend less time doing tedious tasks and focus on what truly matters to their business.

We are well posed for success. Our leadership team has multiple Harvard Business School alumni and ex-Amazon senior software engineers. When we solve problems for our customers, we combine a deep understanding of the industry with the latest engineering know-how. We are growing quickly and are looking for talented individuals to help us realize our mission.

We are a hybrid team with a mixture of remote and in-office work. We are building a highly collaborative and inclusive culture and prefer Toronto candidates or somebody willing to relocate. Tenera is an equal opportunity employer.
